The Kroma Nova implements a unique charging solution with a specialized component supplied specifically for this model. Unfortunately, the supplier’s component appears to be defective and may pose a safety risk.
To ensure the safety of our customers and maintain the high standards of our products, we have decided to initiate a precautionary recall of the INNOKIN Kroma Nova.

Please contact us at support@innokin.com for further instructions on the recall process. We advise all customers to turn off their devices, remove the pod from the power unit, and stop charging it immediately.
